About Maimunah
My name is Maimunah Jafer, and I am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with 24 years of experience. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and my master’s degree from Florida State University.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children in the school setting as well as adults in acute care, long-term acute care, outpatient, and home health settings. My passion lies in treating the neurodivergent pediatric population to include but not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome & Apraxia, along with adults with neurological disorders to include but not limited to stroke, brain injury and dementia.
